I was fascinated by Amazon. I was more impressed by what Amazon had done for Customer Centricity than by what Amazon had done for me as a Customer. Back when it launched in India, I thought about how this would now set benchmarks across different businesses.
How it would feed into our expectations and slowly become part of our basic hygiene factors.
Over the years, I have noticed many such shifts, which are a result of the ‘halo effect’ of consumer behaviour. Trends alter consumer behaviour.
The halo effect of consumer behaviour is the what we are based on. Our Idea.
We uncover the underlying motivations and triggers behind major consumption trends.
We conclude with how brands and business can use this - APPLICATION.
We scan different shifts of consumption and then use frameworks to explain the trend and the underlying Consumer Needs.

Aditi is a Customer Strategist, who works with CEO’s and founders and enables companies to communicate brand stories to their customers. She is also a global speaker, a visiting faculty at a reputed Mumbai college and a consultant and a social scientist.
She has experience across different domains of Customer centricity such as Customer Insights, Experience design, Trends & innovation, Experience design. She was responsible for designing best practices in Customer Centricity for TATA group companies and media strategy for Clients at Denstu group.
She effectively converting business problems to consumer led solutions in Quantum CS, AC Nielsen, 9dot9 Media and then consumer solutions to brand success at Reliance, TATA Sons and Dentsu group.
A certified foresight analyst, a certified design thinker and certified Customer experience professional, she advises companies both B2B and B2C on developing their customer strategy. Her bestseller workshop is on Thought leadership for B2B companies.

Solved business problems through different strategy frameworks. Using my extensive knowledge of frameworks across different social science fields, delved in the depth of the problem and then using my wisdom designed recommendations for different stakeholders.
