Founder, Out of Syllabus
I founded Out of Syllabus to explore insights on topics which were largely unexplored and in demand by business.
In my work as a brand strategy consultant, I found that small- medium business brands have a lot of shared needs as a business, but they do not have the budgets to commission this research or even buy from large research companies.
My main focus is to identify 3-4 BIG consumer behaviour trends and then spend the year working out their growth drivers, their six signals, their weak signals. I am a big fan of frameworks and for each of my studies I always use a unique framework which is suited for that project.
