C-soft healthcare approached us with an often heard problem statement: How to make my employees thin creatively, out of the box.

Our Solution : We used design thinking as a tool to enable greater brainstorming,Ideation, convergence among the team members. We explored different ways of making a hospital bed and infused the session with case examples and consumer insight techniques.
